Our service centre team endeavour to arrange the earliest possible appointment that is convenient to you.
When we receive your enquiry our initial fault-finding process is to talk with you to find out what the problem is with your mobility scooter. This is to ensure our technical engineers are fully equipped with the correct information to be able to get your mobility scooter back up and running.

Our technical engineers attempt to fix every issue on the first visit. On the odd occasion when our engineer is unable to repair the issue in your home, we provide an uplift service. We will bring the scooter back to our dedicated workshop for the repair and get it right back too you as soon as we’ve fixed the issue..
If it turns out the repair is going to take longer than we expected, we can arrange for a courtesy scooter for the duration of the repair if required.
