Experienced and fully trained technicians
All our friendly customer-focused technicians undergo a comprehensive training and induction process. Each one is trained on-site in our dedicated technician training academy and has to pass a comprehensive 136-point skills-set check. On the day of an appointment, customers receive regular text and email updates to notify them when a technician will be arriving to repair their furniture. Customers are also provided with a tracking link so they always know how close the technician is.

Aston Villa dug-out restoration
