Online Booking System
We have developed an Online Booking System to improve the service that we provide to you and your customers. The system works in a simple way in that you add all of your customer details onto the system, which then shows up on our online booking tracker. The system will then instantly generate a diary of available appointments for you to offer your customer. Simply click the confirm button and your customer has an appointment so the lead time for this is on average 2 minutes from the customer making the complaint. This has proven to work very well and prevents anyone chasing for appointment dates. Working in this way has very much improved the turn around period in which work can be completed making both you and your customers much happier.
